Museum Release

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the All Saints Estate Museum Release?

The All Saints Estate Museum Release is an annual release of rare back vintage wines carefully cellared in the historic Family Cellar at All Saints Estate in Rutherglen, Victoria. Each collection features hand-selected museum wines chosen for their rarity, maturity and exceptional drinking condition by Head Winemaker Nick Brown and the Brown family.

The release includes limited quantities of aged Durif, Shiraz, Marsanne and flagship Pierre wines spanning more than 30 years of winemaking history. These wines have remained under the care of the winery since vintage, ensuring authenticity, provenance and ideal cellaring conditions.

How do I access this year’s Museum Release collection?

To access the 2026 Museum Release collection, you must register your details via theMuseum Release Registration page. On release day, registered customers receive an exclusive link to view and purchase wines from the online catalogue before public access.

As many wines are released in extremely limited quantities, early registration is recommended.

Do I need to register again if I registered in previous years?

Yes. Registration is required each year to receive access to the current Museum Release catalogue. To guarantee you receive the 2026 release link and updates, you must complete the latest Museum Release registration form.

Is there a purchase limit on Museum Release wines?

Yes. Due to the rarity and limited availability of these back vintage wines, purchases are limited to six bottles of each wine/variety, per customer. This ensures more collectors and wine lovers have the opportunity to access the annual Museum Release collection.

Can I buy Museum Release wines at the Cellar Door?

Yes. Museum Release wines are available to purchase at the All Saints Estate Cellar Door in Rutherglen, Victoria, subject to availability. As allocations are extremely limited, some wines may sell out online before they become available in person.

Do you offer free shipping on Museum Release wines?

Yes. All Museum Release wines include complimentary Australia-wide shipping, including mixed collections and multiple bottle purchases. Every order is carefully packed in premium protective wine packaging to ensure the wines arrive safely and in excellent condition for cellaring, gifting or immediate enjoyment.

Do Wine Club members receive discounts on Museum Release wines?

No. Due to the rarity and limited availability of Museum Release wines, Wine Club discounts and promotional offers do not apply to these collections.

Are Museum Release wines available for wholesale or trade?

Selected Museum Release wines may be available for wholesale, trade or restaurant allocation. For trade enquiries, hospitality partnerships or wholesale distribution opportunities, please contact our Wholesale Team at[email protected].

What should I expect from aged and back vintage wines?

Museum Release wines are mature wines that have evolved over many years in bottle. As wines age, their flavour, aroma and structure naturally develop and may vary slightly between bottles due to cork, vintage and bottle variation.

These characteristics are part of the unique experience of drinking aged wines and back vintage Australian wines. Customers unfamiliar with mature wine styles should consider this before purchasing.

While All Saints Estate carefully assesses every wine before release, personal taste preferences are not considered grounds for refund. If you believe a wine is faulty, tired or undrinkable, please email[email protected].  Where possible, kindly send us a photo of the cork or a description of the wine or return the bottle with at least 90% of the liquid remaining to our Cellar Door for our professional wine team to evaluate and we will find a resolution for you.
