As part of the Tastes of Rutherglen festival, Head Winemaker Nick Brown, is hosting a masterclass in our underground Family Cellar for an intimate guided tasting of four premium wines, including our award-winning Pierre and Rare Muscat.

Chosen by Nick himself, these four wines showcase the best of our Estate. With only eight guests per session, use this rare chance to ask the winemaker questions most wine lovers never get to.  

Tickets must be purchased in conjunction with a Saturday Pass for the Tastes of Rutherglen festival.

Sunday 8th March, 6:30pm

An exclusive evening for just 100 guests set in All Saints Estate's Rose Garden and surrounded by historic vineyards. As the magical North East Victorian sun sets over the castle, enjoy a menu from award-winning KIN Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Jack Cassidy, paired with the Brown siblings' favourite Saints Collective wines hand-picked from across their three historic estates.

The Rose Garden and iconic castle architecture provide a stunning backdrop, while the wines showcase the depth and character of Rutherglen terroir - an evening that captures everything we love about Rutherglen wine and hospitality at its finest.

Grazing Boxes - All Summer Long

December - February

Our ready-to-go grazing box for two is perfect for a leisurely afternoon on the Estate. Included is your choice of wine, select from 2024 All Saints Estate Prosecco, 2025 All Saints Estate Pinot Grigio, or 2024 All Saints Estate Sangiovese Cabernet.

The box features a generous selection of cured meats, chicken and lemon terrine, two cheeses, Toolunka Estate Spanish olives, Muscatel chutney, and paired condiments. Perfect for couples or friends, it’s made for lounging on the lawns, taking in castle views, wandering the rose garden, or simply enjoying the vineyard with a glass in hand.
