All orders are shipped by Australia Post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days (excluding public holidays and peak seasons) for shipping to capital cities (Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney) and more for regional destinations and other areas.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee your delivery times. These are estimates based on our delivery partners delivery times. These times do not include weekends or public holidays as well as any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

CHRISTMAS 2025
Please refer to Australia Post for information regardingChristmas delivery timesand cut-off dates. While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive by 25 December. We recommend allowing plenty of time for shipping.
As a guide, we suggest customers from WA and NT order before Monday, 15th December and VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, SA and TAS order before Wednesday 17th December. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that arrive damaged or for any broken products.
SHIPPING COSTS
Your shipping charge will vary depending on your postcode and the quantity of wine in your order. This will be calculated prior to checkout. Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise your package may be delayed.
