Pierre Takes Number 43 in Top 100 Wines from James Suckling

What a week for the All Saints Team!

We are thrilled to share that our 2023 All Saints Estate Pierre has been ranked number 43 in James Suckling’s Top 100 Australian Wines.

A world-renowned wine critic, James Suckling has more than 40 years of experience in the industry, including three decades as Senior Editor and European Bureau Chief forThe Wine Spectator. His Top 100 celebrates wines that deliver the "wow" factor, balancing quality, character, value, and availability.

Pierre is a wine that holds deep meaning for our family. Created to honour our Father, Peter, it was first crafted for his 60th birthday and has continued as a tribute to his legacy of beautifully made wines since his passing in 2005.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, Pierre is known for its soft tannins and notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, with oak influence. In his review, Suckling describes it as“perfumed and polished, with aromas of blackcurrants, mulberries, graphite, bay leaves, cloves and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied with finely integrated tannins and a plush, textural mouthfeel. The finish is long, with a savory, earth-toned edge. Balanced and expressive with a refined structure.”

We are honoured to see Pierre recognised among Australia’s finest - a true reflection of our family’s passion, heritage, and commitment to excellence.
