With so many extraordinary winery restaurants across Victoria, diners and wine lovers are spoilt for choice. For many of us, dining at a winery is a special experience and not one we get to enjoy often. So, when it comes to choosing where to spend an afternoon sipping Victorian wines and overlooking the vines, guests tend to spend more time considering the restaurant than they would for a typical restaurant booking.

A recent article from Sitchu, written by Kelsey Harrington, has selected KIN at All Saints Estate as a standout winery restaurant in Victoria, noting that KIN is a “suitably grand Rutherglen finale”. What a compliment!

Our aim with KIN is to always hero ingredients at their peak. Where bullhorn peppers are slightly sweet and fruity, hazelnuts are rich and earthy, and ingredients can be gathered from our vegetable garden just 300 metres from the KIN kitchen.

Executive Chef Jack Cassidy’s menu changes with the microseasons, drawing ingredients from All Saints Estate and nearby Mount Ophir into dishes such as Murray cod and prawn agnolotti, lamb cutlet with radicchio and sumac, and duck finished with All Saints Rare Muscadelle jus. Choose two or three courses, secure a curved booth by the floor-to-ceiling windows and give the vineyards your full attention.
