Castleview Cottage Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter 

This promotion is conducted by ALL SAINTS ESTATE PTY LTD, 205 All Saints Road, Wahgunyah VIC 3687 (ABN 63 083 133 135) (“the Promoter”). 

Promotion Period 

Entries open at 11:00am (AEST) on 27/02/2026 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on 27/02/2026. 

Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of All Saints Estate, Saints Collective brands, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Entry is free; no purchase is necessary. 

How to Enter 

To enter, individuals must sign up to the All Saints Estate / Saints Collective email newsletter during the promotion period at the tasting event. 

Only one entry per person is permitted. 

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from All Saints Estate and related Saints Collective brands. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in email communications. 

Prize 

The prize includes: 

• Two (2) night’s accommodation for up to six (6) guests at Castleview Cottage, Rutherglen (8/10 Carlyle Rd, Wahgunyah VIC 3687). $250AUD per night. 
• Castleview Cottage cleaning fee $75AUD. 
• 1 x bottle of All Saints Estate wine, valued at $30AUD. 

Total prize value: $605AUD. 

Prize Conditions 

• The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 
• Blackout dates apply, including public holidays, long weekends, and peak periods. 
• Prize is valid for stays between 27/02/2026-27/02/2027. 
• The prize must be claimed and used within 12 months of winning. 
• Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. 
• Travel to and from Rutherglen is not included. 
• No food or beverages are included in the prize unless specifically stated. 

Draw & Winner Notification 

The winner will be drawn at random on 02/03/2026 at All Saints Estate, 12 Luxton Road, South Yarra 3141. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. If the total prize value exceeds $1,000, the winner’s name will also be published on the Promoter’s website for at least 28 days after the draw. 

Prize Redemption 

The winner must contact the Accommodation Manager, Lucy Brown, via email at [email protected] to arrange their stay. Booking must be made directly with Lucy Brown and is subject to availability and blackout dates. 

General 

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if required. The winner’s name and entry may be used for promotional purposes. The Promoter will keep records of entries, draw results, and prize distribution for at least three (3) years after the lottery ends. 

Privacy 

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and for marketing communications from All Saints Estate and Saints Collective, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties outside this purpose. By entering, participants consent to their data being used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy Privacy Policy - All Saints Estate.
