We're on the hunt for an Executive Chef who will be responsible for the efficient running of the group’s culinary and catering operations, including four venues. This will be in line with the group's strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Reporting to the Hospitality Operations Manager, in this coveted role you will supervise and manage the day-to-day catering operations as well as supporting the team to achieve the group's culinary vision.

A new era for All Saints Estate
All Saints Estate is currently undertaking a multimillion dollar redevelopment of its chef hat restaurant Terrace and Cellar Door, both to be completed early 2022. In addition to this, the Indigo Food Co. is also being redeveloped as Bonnie, a relaxed eatery to be completed and launched in December of this year.Â
We are in search of a positive and passionate Executive Chef who has a broad spectrum of culinary experience. You will be leading a new team with an emphasis on creating excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Building, mentoring, and working with the Sous Chefs and CDPs
• Development strong food identities for each of the locations with a focus on innovation and the use of local ingredients
• Management of food and wage costs
• Delivery of product consistency through each of the locations via process management
• Manage the relationship with external stakeholders and suppliers
• Previous experience in a similar role of a high-quality catering operation, multi-site management experience highly regarded
• Proactive, professional and a strong understanding of modern food trends
• Well established food philosophy and the ability to build and mentor a team to deliver sustained success
• Strong communication and time management skills
