Sneak Peek: Hats Off at KIN

Nestled beside the historic All Saints Estate castle, KIN will be the place of interest on New Years Eve for our fine dining enjoyers. Chef Jack Cassidy orchestrates an exclusive sit-down dinner and our guests will be able to enjoy a carefully curated five-course menu with paired wines by winemaker Nick Brown, including back vintages pulled from the Family Cellar.

What you can expect:

Kickstart the beginning of your night to remember with a finely curated selection of starters. Enjoy Oysters with a mountain pepper mignonette, Confit duck leg tartlet and whipped quince, smoked leg bacon and cured egg yolk, and several other favourites.

For the entrée, our guests can choose between Morton Bay bug dressed with an X.O sauce and zucchini, paired with All Saints Estate 2021 Family Cellar Chardonnay, or Quail and cauliflower with romesco accompanied by 2021 All Saints Estate Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre. A meticulously crafted spread of premium and local ingredients, artfully paired with All Saints Estate wines, leaving you wanting more.

With the Main course taking centre stage, will you opt for Murray cod with Beurre Blanc and cod roe, perfectly paired with All Saints Estate 2013 Family Cellar Marsanne? Alternatively, the robust notes of MBS 7 beef rump, bone marrow, and salted truffle,accompanied by All Saints Estate 2018 Family Cellar Shiraz, may prove irresistible.

With sides to complement, our guests can choose the combination of Asparagus with zesty salsa verde or Ox heart tomatoes paired with velvety tomato butter, the perfect accompaniments to main course.

To conclude, a choice of sweet delights. Decide between a rich Dark chocolate tart with a hint of pistachio, perfectly paired with NV All Saints Estate Classic Muscat or peaches and cream, elevated with a glass of All Saints Estate NV Sparkling Shiraz.
