Presenting GATHER

This exclusive event, thoughtfully curated by Winemaker Nick Brown and Executive Chef Jack Cassidy, unfolds within the historic walls of our heritage-listed castle. Limited to just 100 seats, 'GATHER' transforms the atmospheric cask hall into an intimate dining space, where a communal table invites guests to immerse themselves in fine wine and award-winning cuisine.

Commencing with an array of canapés, including oysters with lemon balm, pea tartlet with horseradish, and vine-smoked beef with pepperberry, the evening is accompanied by the soulful jazz of Rutherglen musician Paul Gibbs. Sip on the newly released 2023 All Saints Estate Prosecco or the perennial favourite NV All Saints Sparkling Shiraz as you enjoy the ambiance.

Chef Jack Cassidy artfully guides us through each course, thoughtfully paired with wines selected by Winemaker Nick Brown. The entrée, smoked kangaroo tartare with black garlic and cured egg, is harmonised with our Limited Range 2022 Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre. The main course features eye fillet with pomme puree, oyster mushroom, and preserved truffle, complemented by the 2022 All Saints Estate Limited Range Pierre, a Cabernet blend dedicated to the late Peter Brown, Nick Brown's father.

Dessert takes centre stage with a choux bun infused with muscat and dark chocolate, a sweet note celebrating All Saints Estate's acclaimed Muscats, recently honoured with the Fortified Wine of the Year Award at the 2024 James Halliday Wine Companion Awards.
