"Rutherglen’s All Saints Estate has relaunched its Terrace restaurant after a stylish make-over by Denis Lucey, owner of Melbourne restaurant Bottega.

The renovations open the restaurant up to the fresh air and sunshine in an instant by rolling up the sides of the structure. The furniture is designed by Thonet and banquet seating lines the edges of the restaurant in rich chocolate brown leather.

The bar, created by local craftsmen, Mr Mann & Mr Fox, is and of stunning handmade black marble tiles and the floor is a combination of polished concrete and ceramic tile mosaic.

In the evening the room is cosy and candlelit, creating a romantic atmosphere with the All Saints Estate castle in the background and the Estate provides a VIP car service on Saturday nights from Corowa, Wahgunyah and Rutherglen.

 

The food has also been reinvigorated with head chef Matt Wright lightening the menu and focusing on the fabulous local produce such as Murray Cod and Rutherglen lamb. All pasta dishes are made with the All Saints Estate family chicken eggs and all other produce is sourced fresh from the local area and regional Victoria.
