Living Chandeliers at All Saints Estate

 

I’m in the business of making magic.  My name is Ashley and I’m the Events Coordinator (read Magician) at All Saints Estate. Let me explain.  If I can create a tailor made event or wedding with my client, where the guests are relaxed and happy and everything has gone to plan – then I have helped create the magic of a successful event.

 

And for me, that’s what it is all about.

 

Whether it’s a wedding or a corporate event, I see the same look on the guests’ faces when they step out their cars and onto our manicured gardens.  It’s ‘WOW!’.  I can’t blame them – I still do that every day when I turn up for work.  The castle is magnificent – and it sits at the end of a long boulevard of 130-year-old Elm Trees.  It’s quite the entrance.  I often think to myself – wait until you see your venue room! 

 

The grand greenery chandeliers with the faint smell of peppercorns in the air, transport our guests into another world.  And there’s so much more – backlit old oak barrels, soft glowing candles, wonderful canapés and drinks and … well you get the picture – what we do here is pretty special. We work hard with our clients to make sure their event is themed exactly how they want it.  We meet with them initially to discuss what is possible and to plan and tailor a package that suits them.  This involves cellar door tastings and a dining experience in our one hat restaurant, Terrace, if the client would like to try the food. At this stage, they are always blown away by the menu and service.

Once we are both on the same page, it’s then up to us to make it happen – from contracting preferred suppliers, to organizing accommodation, transport, schedules, menus and any special requirements.  We do it all – from the first call or email to the moment the last guest leaves the Estate.  I’m there on the floor from start to finish.  And I love every minute.

 

It is easy to come to work every day when you have such a beautiful place to work and most importantly, happy satisfied clients.  It’s magic.
