Head chef of Terrace Restaurant, Simon Arkless (The Mentor) is teaming up with Bottega's head chef, Dusty (The Protégé & former apprentice of Simon) for a collaborative dinner on Friday, 25 October 2019.

Join us as they both cook up their best dishes, featuring premium produce from North East Victoria and the city alike, bringing you a fun and cohesive menu – course by course.

On the Mentor’s side of things, Simon will be bringing the some fine Rutherglen produce to the city. The special four-course feast will feature free range estate-grown lamb and pork, while Dusty will use his experience in Melbourne’s best Italian kitchens to produce dishes that will allow great produce to shine.

Winemaker Nick Brown will match a collection of All Saints Estate and St Leonards Vineyard wines to the menu & the Brown family sibling owners will be on hand to guide you through the selections.
