"BRITISH-born chef Simon Arkless and London food luminary Toby Burrowes will present a gastronomical journey.

Terrace Restaurant at All Saints Estate head chef Arkless and Elystan Street head chef Burrowes will offer a six-course degustation at Wahgunyah on December 23.

Working at D’Amico’s Corowa (2004-10) from age 14, Burrowes moved to Provenance at Beechworth and then London. At 22, he moved to two Michelin-starred The Square, where he worked through the ranks to sous chef (2013-16). 

In March 2016, Burrowes moved to Philip Howard’s restaurant Elystan Street, where he was appointed head chef. 

Under Burrowes’ leadership, Elystan Street got many awards including a Michelin star in the Michelin UK and Ireland Guide 2018, the AA Restaurant of the Year in London 2018 and three AA Rosettes in the AA Restaurant Guide 2018."
