Head Chef Simon Arkless’ move to North East Victoria in 2012 has cemented a wine and food scene in the Rutherglen region, which is of the highest of quality.
Arkless has embraced the region’s plentiful fresh produce, and is working closely with five-star All Saints Estate winemaker Dan Crane and, newly appointed hospitality manager/sommelier Rocco Esposito.

Arkless says ‘North East Victoria is a fantastic place for a chef to work due to the array of quality produce. It’s incredibly rewarding to be recognised by your peers; the whole All Saints Estate team is absolutely thrilled with this accolade.
